If order has already been processed, then a cancellation request will be denied.
Unfortunately after an order is placed, we are unable to make any edits including edits to your shipping address.

Please allow 1 business day for order processing and verification, and an additional 1-5 business days for delivery in the continental U.S.
You will receive an automated email when your order ships with all tracking information. You can also login to your account on our website to check your tracking information.
Orders shipped outside of the continental U.S. vary in time due to customs and other conditions beyond our control.
US Orders are shipped through USPS or with UPS. International orders are shipped via DHL.
The shopping cart will calculate the shipping price for all orders. Just add the items you want to your cart and you will get your shipping cost.
Yes, We currently ship throughout the US, US territories, Military bases, and to 190+ foreign countries.
Per our Terms & Conditions, NYCMode will not be held responsible for any packages lost in the mail. Please file a claim with the shipping provider.
Any packages NYCMode receives that are marked "Return to Sender" or "Refused" will be issued a full refund minus shipping costs.
On occasion we will re-stock some of our inventory items. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.
Socks, underwear, and sunglasses are FINAL SALE and may not be returned.
